<h2>People Officer - Talent &amp; Systems (Interim)</h2> Location: Royal Holloway Students’ UnionSalary: £28k - £32k per year The roleWe’re looking for a People Officer – Talent &amp; Systems to join our People &amp; Culture team and help deliver an efficient, professional and people-focused HR service across RHSU. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, HR systems and workforce data. You’ll work closely with managers and leaders across the organisation, helping us attract and retain great people while ensuring our HR records and processes are accurate, compliant and effective. The role will also play an important part in improving our HR systems, processes and employee experience, including projects focused on enhancing the employee lifecycle and reviewing RHSU’s Total Rewards package.With around 50 permanent employees and over 200 casual student staff, this is a varied role with the opportunity to make a real impact across the organisation. Grade 7, £45k - £48k. Salary is subject to RHSU’s Pay & Reward Policy.

Grade 8, £53k - £58k. Salary is subject to RHSU’s Pay & Reward Policy.
